This transaction facilitates the merger of the UK’s two largest Siemens PLM Software Partners serving thousands of clients across a diverse industry range throughout the UK&I.

How does this acquisition of Majenta PLM affect me as a Majenta Solutions Customer?

It doesn’t. Majenta Solutions is a separate and independent legal entity, and for all its customers and partners it is ‘business as usual’. Majenta Solutions will continue to provide the products, solutions and services that Majenta Solutions currently offer.

It is the Siemens reseller business, Majenta PLM, that has been acquired by Cutting Edge Solutions.

Majenta Solutions remains the separate, independent company that it was.

Will my account manager change?

No, this doesn’t affect any of the staff at Majenta Solutions.

If I am a customer of Majenta Solutions and Majenta PLM, does this affect me?

No, you will still contact each individual company for your business requirements, as you previously have done.
