Technology Service Provider, supporting the Design, Engineering and Manufacturing Businesses with the provision of appropriate and relevant products, services and support. Main industries covered, but not limited to, Automotive, Aerospace, General Manufacturing and AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction).

 

The Role:

We are seeking to expand our professional sales team, as such we are looking to recruit highly motivated, experienced and dynamic new business sales professionals who would like to join our award winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the best people in the industry.  You will be expected to represent Majenta professionally in a geographic territory. Primarily prospecting for new business opportunities to expand our UK customer-base, whilst leveraging additional business from managing existing clients.

 

In this role you will: –
  • This is a ‘hunting’ role, primarily New Account acquisition, and hunting within existing Accounts
  • Prospecting for New Business opportunities via copious Cold Calling and own initiatives
  • Identifying & expanding additional sales opportunities within existing customer-base
  • Producing quality sales proposals & quotations illustrating the value of our solutions
  • Negotiating and closing profitable business
  • Self-motivated, target focussed to over-achieving sales quota, and KPI’s
  • Attention to detail, especially recording CRM Information, with forecast accuracy & reporting

The ideal candidate

Successful candidates will be: –

The successful candidate will have at least 2 – 5 years successful selling experience in a Business to Business environment.  You will need an understanding of the critical business issues that modern manufacturing companies seek to resolve, matching their needs with our Autodesk software solutions. Ideal candidates will have an Engineering qualification (Degree, HND or ONC) with Industrial experience.  Having previously sold IT and/or CAD Solutions will be of significant advantage.

Salary:  Competitive Base Salary, subject to experience + High Commission with Un-Capped Accelerators +

Bonuses + Car Allowance + Benefits.  High potential OTE subject to what you can bring to Majenta
