The Role:
Majenta is expanding their internal sales department to include an ambitious new Customer Success Executive. This is a pivotal role within the Dassault Systèmes sales team, focused on driving lead generation and providing the platform and sales pipeline needed for continued success. Role Responsibilities:

  • Client prospecting and new customer acquisition
  • Source new opportunities from existing clients and proactively identify new sales prospects
  • Customer calling to ensure success of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Routinely log and update all activity through internal sales dashboards on Salesforce to support you and the team in achieving targets
  • Utilise social media as a social selling tool
  • Lead nurturing, working closely with the field sales team and the Internal Sales Manager
  • Nurture Majenta’s existing Dassault Systèmes customers to ensure they are satisfied, loyal and that we are continually exploring additional opportunities
  • Communicate Majenta sales initiatives to customers and prospects
  • Work with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities for up/cross sell in existing account base
  • Distribute customer communications including welcome, updates, feedback, offers and further information
  • Follow-up and nurture of incoming leads and tasks assigned by marketing
  • Review marketing intelligence
  • Account based marketing support and follow up when necessary
  • Provide sales support on marketing campaigns when required including events, offers and incentives
  • Build customer and prospect reports
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

Experience & Qualifications (Desired, not necessarily required):

  • Educated to degree level
  • Sales, telesales, or telemarketing experience
  • Customer facing experience – able to demonstrate aptitude and suitability in a previous role
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Knowledge of design and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes products and services
  • Experience with using social media for business
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
