About the role:

Due to the rapid expansion of our digital presence, we are seeking an individual as enthusiastic as we are about technology. As we continue to grow and develop our digital platforms, we need to ensure that our business users are on that journey with us. If you are familiar with Salesforce and have a real passion for delivery, we want to talk to you.

 

In this role you will: –
  • Strong knowledge with hands on experience of the Salesforce CRM suite, wil the ability to train aspects when required.
  • Able to manage change requests through their lifecycle. Understand the problem, manage the problem, provide the solution, deliver the solution. Triage technical change requests to developers.
  • The skills to engage stakeholders within key areas of the business
  • Basic Salesforce administrative skills; including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Experience of salesforce training across businesses. Constantly promote training actively to all areas of the business
  • Internal Process Improvement experience– understand areas of the business that are admin intensive and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, presentation skills desirable.
  • Drive and the desire to learn new skills and develop at a fast pace

  • ADM 201 Salesforce Certification
  • Salesforce ‘experience cloud’ & ‘sales cloud’ knowledge
  • Experience of training staff desirable
