Customer Challenge:

To provide more study space, improved layout and facilities, including lots of natural light. It was essential that all necessary information for maintenance was provided to the FM team.

The Majenta Solution:

Majenta worked with Kingston University to ensure that clear information requirements were set out from the beginning for all team members and that the business goals were achievable.

Business Impacts:

The university received a fully compliant model containing all required information for the FM team. The model had an integrated digital O&M manual, which could easily be updated using access databases
