The Role

Majenta is expanding their internal sales department to include an ambitious Key Client Relationship Executive. This is a pivotal role within the digital construction sales team, which has arisen following our success in delivering our solutions to a global digital construction client. The role is focused on expanding the reach of our digital construction solutions to this clients’ global sites and providing them the platform needed for their continued success and to meet their strategic objectives. Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong and trusted relationships with the client’s extended organisation at all levels
  • Assist in communicating the client’s strategy to their multiple global locations
  • Communicate the value of our services to executives at our client’s globally dispersed locations
  • Client prospecting to proactively identify new sales opportunities within the account base
  • Customer calling to ensure success of customer communication and marketing plan
  • Prepare proposals to meet specific needs of customer
  • Negotiate and close the sales opportunities
  • Utilise social media and other digital tools to maximise outreach
  • Lead nurturing, working closely with the field sales team and the Sales Director to maximise commercial opportunity
  • Communicate Majenta sales initiatives to customers global account base
  • Follow-up and nurture of incoming leads from our purpose-built digital platform and website
  • Account based marketing support and follow up when necessary
  • Provide sales support on marketing campaigns when required including events, offers and incentives
  • Build customer and prospect reports on our Salesforce CRM platform
  • Accurately enter, update and maintain daily activity and prospect information in CRM (Salesforce), including comprehensive and up-to-date client information
  • Liaise with service delivery and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collect customer feedback and measure customer satisfaction

Experience & Qualifications (Desired, not necessarily required)

  • Educated to degree level preferred
  • Customer facing experience in a business-to-business capacity–able to demonstrate aptitude and suitability in a previous role
  • Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Digital Construction is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
  • Experience with using social media for business
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Multilingual would be advantageous as customer base is globally dispersed.
