Information Manager
About the role
As an Information Manager at Majenta Solutions, you’ll support clients in achieving their BIM and Digital Construction goals. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, liaising with the construction supply chain, developing and implementing BIM documentation, processes, and protocols.
The majority of your time will be working from home, but will include client visits as needed, and occasional in-office days for team meetings. This role is ideal for someone with a strong AEC background, proven experience in information management, and a passion for driving innovation in the construction industry.
Key requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience as an Information Manager.
- Is proficient in Revit, Solibri or Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
- Understands BIM standards, IFC/IFC-SPF, and COBie workflows, and has experience with clash detection, data checking, and federated models.
- Has strong communication skills and excels in client-facing interactions.
- Can work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute as an active team player.
Bonus:
Experience working in a client-side environment, familiarity with client procedures and documents.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement BIM documentation, processes, and protocols for clients.
- Manage information workflows, ensuring high standards of delivery.
- Use tools like Revit, Solibri, or Navisworks for modelling, clash detection, and data validation.
- Export and federate COBie spreadsheets for construction projects.
- Lead client meetings, provide technical presentations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support business development with technical scoping, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including content for social media.
