Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role
This role provides dedicated support to Key Account Managers, directly supporting the growth of Majenta’s BIM & Digital Engineering business. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth coordination of enquiries, quotations, and internal workflows. Acting as a key link between clients, account managers, and technical teams, they will help drive efficiency, improve response times, and contribute to business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with strong communication skills & the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service/Customer Facing role.
• Strong initiative and ability to think outside the box.
• Experience with using social media for business such as LinkedIn/other commercial tools.
• High organisational skills, extremely disciplined with time-management and possesses a strong work ethic.
• A clear strength of character and resilience– able to remain determined to attain targets under pressure or when handling customer objections.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable contributing ideas, approaches and insights that enable innovation to wider team.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Desirable).
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Digital Construction (Desirable).
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with account managers to support project opportunities within key accounts.
• Support Account Managers throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to order processing.
• Assist with the generation and tracking of quotes, proposals, and customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and escalate to relevant sales team members.
• Develop a strong understanding of Majenta’s digital construction services and the value we provide to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while developing knowledge of key accounts.
• Liaise with internal technical teams to formalise scopes of work, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
• Maintain and update Majenta’s internal CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, directly contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer technical queries, coordinate service delivery, and invoicing issues efficiently.
• Actively seek to improve sales support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
