  • Majenta Solutions guide and train customers through BIM Level 2, and will continue up to BIM Level 3 once government guidelines are published.

At Majenta Solutions we work with clients in all areas of construction, ranging from The University of Cambridge to UTC and Thomas Dudley. Having built expertise within the BIM environment over many years, it was imperative that we now showcased this expertise to our customers and the industry with a new website.

The new website demonstrates the range of services and solutions we can offer customers; helping them understand the benefits that can be achieved through implementing BIM. We help ascertain their business objectives and long term goals, offering and implementing scalable solutions for individual customers. One customer, The University of Cambridge, required a complete overhaul of all processes, right down to their CAD software before BIM was even introduced. Chris Hinton, Senior Technical Specialist at The University of Cambridge, commented: “We are currently managing two huge BIM projects and now we believe we are well-equipped to do so, thanks to Majenta’s help. The guys from Majenta have become part of our team. They know what they need to do and they do it. Majenta is now helping us look beyond the design of buildings to their management during their entire lifecycle using BIM. We believe that this is where the real ongoing value will lie for the University.” Mr Hinton continued to comment, “It’s clear that the University’s Estate Management team is now ready to take advantage of the ongoing benefits of BIM. Majenta has helped us completely turn around our work processes.”

We help our customers understand that BIM offers much more than technology and software, it’s a way of working. The definition and management of the information is key, as it aims to provide a standardised process for construction; creating value from the combined efforts of people, process and technology, keeping everything up to date and everyone informed. The process benefits the whole building life cycle and the life cycle of its products. We have built our expertise not only through the many years of working in the BIM environment, but from our legacy in Automotive and Manufacturing sectors, transferring and utilising techniques and efficiencies across product life cycle management. This stands us out from the crowd of BIM solution providers.

We provide ever-evolving consultancy and BIM service solutions. With the government pushing for BIM Level 3, we are members of research institutes and BIM user groups, enabling our team to be a part of the development, while keeping on top of a fast paced industry. Our customers will always be provided with the latest information, training and advances across BIM.
